REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - refunds or exchanges will not be offered if you “changed your mind”, or if you ordered the wrong item, as items are printed only ONCE the customer’s order processes and gets fulfilled.

However, in the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we recommend you contact us within 14 days of product delivery, as we may offer a free replacement or refund.

If we offer a refund for a damaged or faulty product, we will request video proof of the old product being destroyed and disposed, in order to prevent refund scams which involve not returning the product. To submit a refund request, get in touch with contactwithsamsara@gmail.com

ARRIVALS - if your product hasn’t arrived between the estimated delivery time range or at least 7 days after it, we recommend you double-check your order tracking information (through the tracking email or through the SHOP app), and make certain that the product has been marked as delivered.
